Community is our strength—and connection fuels our resistance. Come join us for coffee, tea, good food, and even better conversation as we build relationships and stand together.
We’re looking for fresh perspectives, compelling commentary, and creative pitches. Whether you’re a writer, artist, videographer, reporter, proofreader, web designer, or simply someone with a bold idea, we want to hear from you!
If you're interested in contributing or joining our team, reach out—let’s create something extraordinary together.
Whether you have attended before or are new to the group, we would love to have you at our next monthly meeting:
Saturday May 31st - 11am - 12pm
Along with updates from our committees, we'll hear from special guest Francesca Martin with Keep Arizona Blue.
For our weekly Desert Democracy Action Meetings! These gatherings are focused, hands-on sessions where we roll up our sleeves and get to work in dedicated subcommittees:
Community Building New Member Outreach
Partnerships PR & Content
Research & Education
On June 14th, we're coming together to send one clear message:
No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.
First Friday Takeover!
A new protest from our friends at 50501 AZ and the People First Project.
And this isn't your normal "volunteer" gig! They are looking for folks who plan on attending the protest march to volunteer for specific roles in our Protest Experience on 6/6 @ 6pm for their First Friday Take Over.
Both non-traditional and more traditional volunteer roles are available!
A grassroots, bottom-up, and local effort to show our neighbors and passersby they are not the only ones furious, embarrassed, worried, and/or fed up!
Are you upset about what's happening now in our federal government? No matter who you are - lifelong progressive, ex-MAGA, independent, moderate republican, socialist, libertarian, political newbie - all are welcome!
Join our e-mail list. We'll keep you in the loop on opportunities around Phoenix and how you can get involved and make a difference.
